Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that targets the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia becomes restricted due to injury, inflammation, or habitual tension, it can lead to pain, limited mobility, and a sense of being “stuck” in your body.

Through sustained, mindful pressure and slow, intentional movements, Myofascial Release works to soften and release these restrictions. This therapy encourages deep structural and energetic shifts, helping to restore ease, flexibility, and balance throughout the body.

At Family Seasons, Myofascial Release may be used as a stand-alone treatment or thoughtfully integrated into your massage or craniosacral session. It's especially supportive for chronic pain, postural imbalances, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation.

This is slow, intuitive work—meeting your body with patience, presence, and care.

Hello, my name is Logan, and I’m honored to be part of the Family Seasons team, where I support people in better understanding their bodies and achieving greater physical comfort and resilience. My path to this work began with my own search for relief from chronic pain, which led me to discover the benefits of Rolfing®. Experiencing how this method restored my own ease of movement inspired me to pursue it professionally, so I could help others realize similar benefits.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho, equipping me with a solid foundation in anatomy and movement science. I continued my training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, where I became a Certified Rolfer™. My practice centers on using Rolfing® to improve alignment, relieve pain, and enhance mobility, addressing the body as a whole to achieve stability and functionality. I recently completed the CranioSacral Therapy 1 (CS1) course with The Upledger Institute, gaining a foundational understanding of this gentle, hands-on approach to healing. The experience deepened my connection to the body’s innate wisdom and the subtle power of therapeutic touch.

When I’m not working with clients, I stay active outdoors, whether hiking, swimming, climbing, or rollerblading. I find that regular physical activity helps maintain both strength and a sense of well-being.

I look forward to working with each client to support their goals for a more balanced body, increased mobility, and lasting physical comfort.

Hello, My name is Sharina Jensen, and I love serving our community, here in Idaho! I wear many hats in my life and love each one of them. I am married to my sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful children and 3 dogs! I have worked with supporting families and the unique challenges that a family can face with their children since I was 17 and I have not looked back!

I am always looking for new ways to help and support those I have the opportunity to work with. It led me to Doula work and through that path and my love for breastfeeding. I continued my breastfeeding education, it is a crucial piece of the postpartum period for many breastfeeding dyads. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor, (CLC), and was certified in August 2016 and have been supporting those with breastfeeding questions, education, and concerns since that time. I am currently working on my IBCLC here at Family Season’s so looking forward to serving more breastfeeding families in that capacity. I also started my Craniosacral Therapy Journey in October 2022 and have loved adding that modality to my list of services. I love supporting every member of your family, through whatever season you are in!

I had recently graduated from BSU with my Geophysics degree when I was first introduced to CranioSacral Therapy. My daughter was having many issues with self-regulation and sensory processing. She couldn’t wear pants, socks, or shoes. Loud noises had her curled in a ball crying on the sidewalk. I didn’t know how to help her and we were beginning to isolate. I didn’t think she would even be able to attend school. Then a friend recommended we seek out CST from Lynnelle at Family Seasons. Watching how my daughter responded, I knew I had to learn how to do this to help her.

Within the year I attended my first CST class and unknowingly started on a journey of self-healing and discovery. I absolutely love working at Family Seasons, where everyone that walks through the door is loved and encouraged to seek the best solutions for their situation. Lynnelle has created a team of professionals that have all “been there”, when it comes to the hard life situations, but we recognize everyone’s journey is a little different.

I am a licensed massage therapist, CranioSacral therapist, and certified lactation counselor. My favorite modalities are Lymphatic Drainage and CranioSacral therapy. I just revel in how such a light touch can affect such great change in our bodies. My personal experience and that of my daughter attest to these wonderful treatments.

I am studying to sit for the IBCLC exam, while shadowing our amazing IBCLCs. I have a passion for helping others and I’m always seeking ways to improve my education and skills. I enjoy working with people in all stages of life, from a few days old to a few days young.

When not at Family Seasons, I enjoy backpacking, traveling, creating, and hanging out with my amazing family. I am a mom of seven beautiful people and am thankful to live in a place that offers so much diversity to learn, play, and grow.
